Introduction: Model KYN61-40.5KV clad withdrawal type AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switch cabinet) is applicable to three phase AC 50HZ, 40.5KV single bus and single bus section electric power system, is mainly used for accepting and distributing electric energy in power transformation and distribution of power plant, substation, industrial and mining enterprise and high-rise building, It also could control, protect and monitor the circuit, meet requirement of IEC 60298, GB3906 and DL404 etc standards, and has perfect, five preventions function.
Product features:
1. Adopt thermal shrinkage insulation material and epoxy coating insulation technique, shape of electric pole is optimized, cabinet structure is compact, has small floor area.
2. Switch cabinet body adopts high quality cold-rolled steel sheet and passes CNC plate work processing and shaping, then is connected via high intensity bolt, nuts and rivet nuts, surface of structural member adopts spraying plastic or galvanization technique.
3. It may work with domestically produced ZN85-40.5(3AV3) vacuum circuit breaker and French Schneider SF1, SF2 type and Alston FP series SF6 circuit breaker to meet requirements of different customers.
4. All function cubicles of switch cabinet adopt metal baffle plate to isolate, independent pressure release channel is also provided.
5. Circuit breaker and earth switch etc could be operated in case switch cabinet door is closed, that is to say operation is permissible when door is closed.
6. Structure of switch cabinet has strong adaptability, there are more than 198 main wiring schemes to meet requirements of different customers.
7. Mechanical interlock device is provided between cart, circuit breaker, earth switch and rear cabinet door to protect against maloperation, five preventions function is complete, safe and reliable.
